The two enemy parties, the PAM created by Fouad Ali El Himma, currently appointed advisor to His Majesty King Mohammed 6 and the Islamist PJD party created by the late Dr. Abdelkrim Khatib close to the palace and the Muslim brothers and who still leads for 2 months the Moroccan government, have just made public by official statement today the signing of a joint agreement.
This agreement cannot be signed without the green light from the powers that be.
